Often customers order charging pods without testing their power supplies first. It is important to do this to avoid unnecessary returns.

Does not include power supply (sold separately), this item is just simply a charging pod and does not communicate with the handsets. The main base is the central communication for all the handsets, if your main base station is faulty none of your handsets will work.
