UK Standard Delivery

Selected items that include free delivery will be sent either by Royal Mail 1st Class Only for smaller items or by Royal Mail 48hr for larger items, this can typically take between 2-5 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). UK Standard Delivery is free to the United Kingdom only.

Selected items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr for £4.99, this can typically take between 2-5 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Orders for Lithium batteries will be sent via Parcelforce 24 - Next Working Day service which is charged at £9.99 including VAT, this next day delivery service excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Your order must be placed by 2pm in order to qualify for the item to be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday only).
When placing an order please make sure that you include a valid email address to receive updates of your order, additionally providing a contact number is useful if there is an unforeseen issue with your order (e.g. more address details). All orders placed on a Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) after 2pm will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Restricted Delivery On Batteries

As of the 14th January 2013 we are no longer permitted to send Lithium batteries by international post (i.e. Airmail). Any orders received for this type of battery (to be sent by international post) will be cancelled and the payment refunded to the customer immediately.

Please Note: We can only accept orders for lithium batteries to be sent to UK Mainland addresses.


Republic Of Ireland & Overseas


IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of the 24th December 2020 due to BREXIT on the 1st January 2021 we will no longer be sending parcels to Republic Of Ireland & Overseas as charges around export licences, customs declaration certification and import taxes will be uneconomically viable for the small percentage of parcels we send overseas. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Who We Use For Delivery

We use Royal Mail or Parcelforce for the majority of orders. The method of delivery and the courier used will be emailed to you on dispatch along with a tracking number if available. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.

When a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home) you will be notified by the relevant courier with a calling card to arrange for a suitable time for redelivery or collection from the courier's depot. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within the time frame stated on the calling card (Royal Mail, one week for Recorded Signed For items) then it will be returned to Telephone Service Centre. Your credit / debit card will then be credited your original total cost less £9.99 which is the full cost of processing a undelivered returned item back to Telephone Service Centre.

How To Track A Parcel

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with the selected courier details and a tracking number if available which will allow you to track the status of your delivery. Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting . We may need to give the Courier your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery.

What To Do If There Is A Problem With The Delivery

If the parcel does not arrive when expected, then please do not hesitate to give us a call on 0800 980 8999 stating when you placed the web order. We will look into gathering more tracking information and contact the Courier if necessary and call you back to let you know what is happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0800 980 8999 or e-mail: enquiries@telephoneservicecentre.com within 7 days of the delivery.

A maximum of one replacement will be sent in the event of no delivery. If the replacement is also not delivered to the same address details that will be confirmed with the customer, then there is a strong possibility the address is incorrect. At which point the order will be cancelled and payment refunded once the situation is evaluated. Thank you.
